Treatment: Obtain the treatment options. Listen to the alternatives and share the decision making with the physician and surgeon.

Monitor: Monitor and feedback. Monitor the progress. Is it better worse or the same? Diagnostic options and treatment options are then adjusted.

Healing: Ultimately you are the healer! Physicians and non-physician specialists can provide the guidance and instruction for the healing process. Listen to them and carry out what they say. Create an environment to heal and remain healthy.
